Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Alarm Clock Films, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates https://alarmclockfilms.com/ (the "Site"). This policy describes exactly what the Site collects, who else receives it, and why.
The short version. We do not run analytics. We do not advertise or remarket. We set no cookies of our own, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own purposes. The only information we ever receive from you is what you type into the contact form and send us deliberately.
What we collect
One thing: the contact form. Nothing on this Site collects anything about you unless you fill it in and press Send. When you do, we receive:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your phone number and company, if you choose to give them
- Which kind of enquiry you selected, and either your project details, timeline and requested service, or your subject line and question
We use it for exactly one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send newsletters or promotional email, and we do not pass your details to anyone else to contact you.
Who processes the form
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms (privacy policy), a form-handling service. Everything you submit passes through Web3Forms so that it can be forwarded to us. They act on our behalf and do not use your message for their own purposes.
To keep automated submissions out, the form asks you to clear an hCaptcha challenge (privacy policy) before it will send. hCaptcha is provided by Intuition Machines, Inc.; clearing it involves your IP address and information about your browser going to them, and it sets cookies of its own in the process. Web3Forms checks the result with hCaptcha before delivering your message. The form also carries a single decoy field hidden from view; a message that fills it in is discarded as automated before it reaches us. The Site itself does not measure, record or score how you filled the form in.
Storage on your own device
We set no cookies of our own, and nothing this Site itself writes is stored on your device — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage.
Third parties named below do set their own cookies or storage, under their own policies. In particular, a video player will do so once you start a video, and the contact form's anti-spam check does so on the page that carries the form.
Other services this Site loads
Because these services deliver files to your browser directly, each necessarily sees your IP address, your browser and operating system, and which page requested the file. We receive none of that from them.
- YouTube (Google LLC) — film thumbnails load with the page. Video players load only when you hover or click a film. We use the
youtube-nocookie.complayer, which does not set advertising cookies before playback begins. See Google's privacy policy. - Google Fonts (Google LLC) — the two typefaces used across the Site.
- Bunny.net — the CDN that serves the showreel and the short preview clips. See their privacy policy.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) — the anti-spam challenge on the contact form. It loads on the home page, which is where the form lives, and sets cookies of its own. See their privacy policy.
- Web3Forms — receives the contact form when you send it, and forwards it to our inbox. It loads nothing into your browser; it is reached only at the moment you press Send. See their privacy policy.
- Our web host — the company that serves this Site's files. Like any web server it keeps short-lived access logs containing visitor IP addresses.
Links out to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, X and Google Maps are ordinary links. We have no control over those sites and this policy does not cover them.
What we do not do
Stated plainly, because earlier versions of this page said otherwise and were wrong: this Site runs no analytics of any kind, no advertising or remarketing pixels, and no tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Ads, no Meta pixel and no X pixel on this Site. We do not build profiles of visitors and we have no visitor-level data to build them from.
Do Not Track
We honour Do Not Track by default, in the sense that there is nothing here to switch off — we do not track visitors whether or not the signal is set.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email and in the Web3Forms account for as long as they are useful for the work they relate to and for our own business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, in both places.
Where your information goes
We are based in Jackson, Wyoming, and every service named above stores data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your message will be transferred to and processed in the US.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we will action it. Since the only thing we hold is a message you chose to send, this is usually a single deletion. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; write to us and we will meet them.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and the form is submitted over an encrypted connection. We keep the number of places your information lives as small as we can, which is the most effective protection available to us. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change what the Site collects or who receives it, we will change this page and update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle information already given to us will be notified by email to the address you provided.
